Shopify orders suddenly not syncing to Lightspeed X Series

Hi,

Today’s shopify orders haven’t synced to Lightspeed X series. Yesterday had no issues but everything today hasn’t synced across. Anyone else?

I can create, publish & edit products in Lightspeed and the changes happen in Shopify but the sales themselves aren’t linking and it’s throwing out all the inventory.

Have both online & bricks & mortar stores and use Lightspeed as our stock control and POS for Bricks and mortar & selected products are published to Shopify for our online store.
No outages reported on Shopify or Lightspeed.

This same problem just happened to my store as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I am having the same issue as well, noticed it yesterday. No idea why this is happening

Hi Paige, I managed to bring my Shopify orders across manually from Lightspeed. Just go into lightspeed settings, Apps, hit the little pencil button for the Shopify app. At the top of the next screen there is a button to get Shpify orders. Once I did that they came across. Doesn’t solve the original problem but it got me out of trouble.
