We have been selling on Shopify for over half a year. In the last 11 plus days they have put our payouts on hold, but not stopped us from selling additional products. At this time, they owe us over £3000 in payouts. Similar to some instances of users from years gone by, when we try and communicate with the payout team we can only speak with Shopify Support Advisors that are very friendly, but can not seem to move our payout hold along, despite three escalation tickets.
This is now affecting our business and our payments to suppliers. Interest in now being charged on our credit cards due to our inability to pay them off in total. In other words, this situation is getting serious for us. We have no ability to get through to anyone beyond a simple agent who says they will escalate but this leads nowhere. It has been over 13 days since thousands of our GBP have been on hold. They say they have sent an email previously but there is 0 evidence of this
