When I’m logged in, sometimes I run into an issue where the front end pages don’t display any content on first load. I have to refresh the page, and then it works fine. Clicking from the homepage to a product page for example; I just get a blank screen.

May I ask which browser you are using (chrome, firefox, etc?) Based on the information you shared, it sounds like this may be a browser-specific issue. Does this persist on multiple devices? If not, I recommend:
Clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely restart the browser to view your collection page again.
Oftentimes, clearing the cache of the browser where you’re seeing the error will do the trick. Please let me know how that goes for you. I’m more than happy to continue working on this together if the issue persists.
Thanks for getting back to me! I’m using google Chrome, and the issue persists on multiple devices. Apple macbook air, and windows desktop. One of my advertising managers also confirmed the issue was happening to him when he was NOT logged in, meaning this might be affecting my customers.
I’ve cleared my cache and checked my firewalls, but nothing has fixed it.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
