I have been trying to submit my documents for shopify payments but it does not work.
I have a submission request for adress verification, i submit my document but then after a few minutes to an hour i get the request back again… and it does not give me any sort of e-mail or error code.
I have tried countless times, with all sort of documents, utility bill, bank statement, electricty bill, pdf files, JPG files, PNG files. Nothing works…
It has now been almost 2 weeks. Support does not help me at all, took 1 week for their first reply to me, and their reply was that i had to submit ID verification, which i did, and actually worked… but why wasnt there an option or a submission request for my ID prior to contacting them? Anyway, days pass and still no shopify payments, i contact them and 2 days later i recive a single automated message from them refering me to “submit my documents”… they completely ignore what i have been telling them…
I wonder if anyone else encountered the same problem? And how did you solve it?
It’s crazy and obviously unsustainable that every single time ill make a new store i have to go trough all of this… ill give it my last attempt before switching platform…
