I have completed Shopify payment and even done test mode.
Turns out, the shopify payment option does not appear at check out page. Only PayPal appears.
Does anyone have had the same issues or know how to fix this?

Thank you for getting in touch. When you have Shopify Payments successfully enabled on your store, merchants will not see “Shopify Payments” listed as a payment option at checkout, but will instead just see an option to enter in their credit card details. Once they’ve done this and completed checkout, their payment will be processed using Shopify Payments. The payment gateway you are using to process credit card payments is not disclosed publicly on the Shopify checkout.
When you go to the payment section of the checkout, do you see an option to enter in your credit card details? Or is PayPal the only option that you have? Please bear in mind that the option to enter in credit card details will appear after the customer has entered in a shipping address and chosen a shipping option.

Thank you for sharing that screenshot and for sharing your store’s URL in another post. I visited your website and proceeded to checkout—you will see an abandoned checkout from “Victor Test” from when I did this—and I also did not see an option to pay via credit card at the payment phase of the checkout.
When you head to Settings > Payments in the Shopify admin, do you see that Shopify Payments is activated? Are there any error messages that appear here?

Yes, the Shopify Payment is activated and I even have done the test mode. The test mode worked, turns out, that it doesn’t appear at the checkout page.
And no error messages appear.
Shopify doesn’t show the express button at checkout if they already visible on website itself on your cart page additional check out buttons are visible that’s why maybe they are not showing on check out page

Okay, thank you. This is very strange. If the gateway is enabled, I can’t think of an obvious reason why there’d be no option for customers to pay by credit card at checkout.
I’d encourage you to contact our support team directly at this point, as I believe we will need to authenticate you on your account and take a look at the backend of your store to determine what is causing this issue. This is something we should be able to troubleshoot once we have access to your store’s settings.

Thank you for reaching out about this. Can you tell me when you enabled Shopify Payments, and if it appeared before? Or has it not appeared since you enabled the gateway? Do you have any other gateways enabled on your store that are appearing at checkout?

I have the same problem.I have activated my shopify payments,also done the test mode and it worked.But on my checkout page when someone wants to order my product the only option that appears is PayPal.

Thank you for your messages. Can you please confirm if you are using Shopify Payments or a different third-party gateway to process your credit card payments? Did the option to pay by credit card previously appear at checkout, or has it been missing ever since you enabled your credit card gateway?

we got the exact same issue with shopify payments, during test mode CC checkout is available, in live mode its unavailable. Did u find solution for this issue?

It seems I have the same problem. First picture is how the page is supposed to look according to tutorial on your YT chanel. The second one is mine, there is a box saying credit card, but there is nowhere to fill my card details. I use shopify payment and in settings everything seems fine. My url is gelovezbrane.com. And that is only I use test mode. Without test mode (3rd picture) it says This store cannot curently accept credit cards.

I only have the paypal option on the payment. What should I do?
I have probably figured it out. Go to your shopify and check the bell in upper right corner. I had message there saying shopify needs proff of my identity (send them photo of driving licence or goverment ID card)
