I have completed Shopify payment and even done test mode. Turns out, the shopify payment option does not appear at check out page. Only PayPal appears. Does anyone have had the same issues or know how to fix this?

hello. Check your shopify inbox (at the top right of screen). I had there to submit (documents - proof of identity)drivers license or identity card. I’ve upload there identity card, and shopify payments are active now.

Hi @Krocser , Thank you for reaching out about this. Can you tell me when you enabled Shopify Payments, and if it appeared before? Or has it not appeared since you enabled the gateway? Do you have any other gateways enabled on your store that are appearing at checkout?

Hi, I have the same problem.I have activated my shopify payments,also done the test mode and it worked.But on my checkout page when someone wants to order my product the only option that appears is PayPal.

Hello @Victor_5 ! I am experiencing the same issue. Credit card payment at the checkout is only a vailable in test mode. Without test mode is available only PayPal payment method. Have Have you managed to find a solution? Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi, we got the exact same issue with shopify payments, during test mode CC checkout is available, in live mode its unavailable. Did u find solution for this issue? Regards, Daniel

I have probably figured it out. Go to your shopify and check the bell in upper right corner. I had message there saying shopify needs proff of my identity (send them photo of driving licence or goverment ID card)
