I have completed Shopify payment and even done test mode. Turns out, the shopify payment option does not appear at check out page. Only PayPal appears. Does anyone have had the same issues or know how to fix this?

hello. Check your shopify inbox (at the top right of screen). I had there to submit (documents - proof of identity)drivers license or identity card. I’ve upload there identity card, and shopify payments are active now.

Same problem here! Did anyone find out a solution for this issue? I only have the paypal option on the payment. What should I do?

I have probably figured it out. Go to your shopify and check the bell in upper right corner. I had message there saying shopify needs proff of my identity (send them photo of driving licence or goverment ID card)

Everyone who is having this problem check your notifications box (right upper corner in your shop admin) and see if shopify is asking you to verify documents (id). if you don´t verify, everything will appear as it should be activated but simply doesn´t show at checkout. Shopify is not doing it´s job…

Hi Victor, I’m having the same issues as well. despite me enabling shopify payment methods, it just won’t show up on the website. the only thing that pops up is Paypal Hope to get help from you, thanks

I’m trying to use only shopify payments, i added my credit card and it doesn’t show up for nobody, i used the test mode and i can only see it in there, it just doesn’t work, please help me.

Thank you for reaching out. Which stage of the checkout are you not seeing an option to pay by credit card? Is it before or after shipping information has been entered in?
