Hi! I’m experiencing a long wait time of switch from solo proprietor to LLC on Shopify Payments and I have not been able to make any sale/process any order due to the payment delay. I have been in touch with the help chat every day who assured me that my ticket is created however, Shopify Payments team just has not reached out after a week. I haven’t been able to make any sale and need to pause any order processing because of this payment pause. Can anyone please help take a look of my ticket or escalate this?
