Why does Shopify not want to assist me with a simple business detail update, i have reached out 5 times asked a senior get involved but nothing they dont want to help me why.. I just want a simple update as the maximun times i uploaded documents has been reached, Merchant Team have not even said a thing with follow ups.

The issue was with the ID/Passport verification it kept rejecting my document, i have reached out to support only the merchant team can assist with sending a secure link to then upload and verify.
You welcome to chat to them, not sure as support also cant assist, the number of times has exceeded.

@calvinbrink1 , you are right, but I’ve faced such issues in the past, and communication with support can handle this, I can give it a try. but if you are waiting for some time to pass out, you can try later.
