Shopify Payments are activated but I cannot turn on payment methods

Hi,

I was planning on launching my store tomorrow, but unfortunately it will have to be postponed due to the issue I am experiencing with Shopify Payments. I submitted all of the relevant information and Shopify Payments was activated. Once I turned off Test Mode it appears most of my Payment Methods are now turned off (In Manage Payment Methods).

I am receiving an error code when trying to turn them on and Visa + Mastercard show a notice saying:

This has been ongoing for days now. I am wondering what may be causing this… Should I go with another payment processor? I reviewed all of the guidelines and do not seem to fall outside of the requirements…

Any help is greatly appreciated as I really had hoped to launch my business (a year in the making) this week to start generating sales.
