Shopify payments are not sending my money to my bank

3 weeks ago for some reason shopify stopped sending the money from my store via shopify payments to my bank. Since then I have contacted the support twice now. Both of the support agents told me that they will send me an email with the transcription of our chat and the problem which i face and since then I have no feedback!!

Shopify has the worst support team ever and since this matter includes money I will start legal proceedings because it seems that I am being scammed !

Yup, all of a sudden Shopify have suddenly fallen off a cliff with support on payments.

I dont know how anyone can trust them any more. I contacted the customer support 3 times and they all telling me that they will fix it but nothing!! My money are in stuck and I have no feedback. This behavior is causing for legal matters
