For the last 24 hours, I’ve been dealing with a critical issue: none of my customers can complete a payment on my website. All payment methods under Shopify Payments are stuck on “pending activation”, which fully prevents any transaction.
I’ve contacted Shopify support multiple times, but so far I’ve only received automated or unhelpful responses, and the issue remains unresolved despite my follow-ups. The situation is urgent and is already having a direct impact on my business. I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this is being handled.
Does anyone have advice, insights, or experience dealing with this kind of issue? It would be greatly appreciated.
