I have a ticket with Shopify. Funds were frozen on the 1st November without any notification. I spoke to 3 different agents and I was promised finance was looking at my case as we typed…but I haven’t heard from anyone.
I need access to my money… and I need to to process a refund. My customers cannot wait for days, it’s so unprofessional. You guys really got your support wrong… not even a phone number to call anymore…Help please!
