Hello everyone,
Recently, my store faced over 10 attempted purchases using stolen credit cards. After this, Shopify Payments has closed all my connected accounts, and every new account I open gets shut down immediately.
I’ve been using Shopify for 2 years without any issues until now. All accounts under my company name are being closed instantly, which is preventing me from running my business.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice on how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate your help. I’ve also contacted Shopify support, but haven’t had much success.
