Hey Everyone,
I’m an international currently operating in the US as a non-resident without a SSN, Im trying to register for Shopify Payments through my EIN obtained in December, Ive been able to create multiple bank accounts with that number however they’re not finding my registered business name in their ‘database’ I’m not sure of the exact procedure but this has been on going for nearly two months and has significantly hindered my business. Ive provided a 147C Letter from the IRS but they still haven’t been able to find me. Has anyone encountered such an issue with the EIN? Im limited in my options for a payment system.
Appreciate any help or comments from the Shopify team to sort this out as soon as possible!
