The Shopify Payments on my store are not working. I got an notification saying “the account is on hold” and asked us to “contact Shopify Support for next steps”. I read many similar cases and understand that this may because of additional documents needed, but there are no portal nor link to upload additional documents.

We have contacted support twice and waited for weeks, but still got no response from the team. The support advisor from help center just kept saying they would escalate the case, but it doesn’t help.

Tried to contact support again today, even the help center crashed and could not contact support.

I have used Shopify for many years and the support used to be helpful. Now there is no way to reach for real support and solve the problem. How else can we solve this issue?

Hi @Oladimejishop , there is no email send to us from Shopify Support. We got the notification from the portal and asked us to contact support, which we did, then Shopify support never got back to us on this matter.
