Shopify Payments on Hold Due to Lost Chargeback

I need an advisor to help me with shopify payments. My payments are on hold. I lost a chargeback dispute back in December of 2023. I have made multiple sales since then and the payments are pending. There is enough funds available (on hold) to cover what is due. Leaving a positive balance available to send to me. Please advise on what I need to do next.

In this case, it would be best to speak with our live support by navigating to our Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
