How long does it take for your the hold to be removed from your account? I can’t orders stuff I need for my clients or shop their orders because of this hold.> >
Hi @ChefMFMD ,
As mentioned in the screenshot you provided, the hold will be lifted once you’ve notified the Risk team that you have removed the products which we cannot support on Shopify Payments. You can do that by simply replying to the same email.
