I received a payment through Shopify Payments from the Turkish market on May 19th. However, this payment has not been transferred to me for days. On May 24th, I created a request with the request number: 47844424. I still haven’t received any notification, but I got a Shopify Payments verification email. It says I need to verify by May 31st. When I checked, it shows that there are no requests. Please help.

I contacted the Shopify help center on May 24th. They informed me that my request with number 47844424 had been processed, but there has been no update since then. I also sent a request regarding an email today and am awaiting a response. That email has probably been sent twice, approximately 1-2 hours apart.
