Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing payouts, to ensure this gets resolved.

As it currently stands, payouts are not emailed on a monthly basis but can be exported manually from the Shopify admin. To download your payouts, you can:

  • Head to Settings > Payments.

  • In the Shopify Payments section, click the View payouts button.

  • Locate the payout you’re looking to download, and select export.

While I can completely understand the impact of not having an automatic feature, I’m more than happy to share this information with our developers. We are always looking for ways to improve the platform and appreciate your feedback.

Any news as to whether this feature will be available? I am dumbstruck its not a popular request or a function as it seems obvious in terms of its value and importance to all us merchants…or maybe i’m losing it.

Agree with @Carlo_Hive365 on the request for email automation for reports. We shouldn’t have to log on each day to run, print, export reports. It should just happen.

@Carlo_Hive365 - I was looking around and found an add-on app called Report Pundit that will automate reporting. Have you looked into that before? Curious to get any feedback as we evaluate our options.

Ciara here from Better Reports, since it doesn’t look like you’ve accepted a solution and our app was suggested, I thought I’d share some info.

Better Reports allows you to schedule reports to run on a regular basis, like monthly, weekly, daily, or even hourly.

We’ll be able to schedule one of our built-in payout reports to run to your email every month, or even customize a payout report to your liking :+1:
