Anyone else having a problem with their payouts pending and not clearing? It has been over a week and my payouts have stopped.

Thank you, I have reached out and still waiting for them to get to my ticket. Has been over a week, I have sold on Shopify for many years and have never had this problem. All sales money is stuck as pending which makes it difficult to purchase items that are sold.
Needed to know if others are having this problem.
I have tried contacting support many times, over 2 weeks now. I have used Shopify for years with the same banks. No answer yet to why money is frozen. No all payouts are basically on lock down. Orders from shop installments aren’t going now, I tried to switch off shop pay and do paypal for orders but some still go through. People are getting their orders and i am going broke. Currently getting ready for another platform this is insane.
Also no response from support. Just chats from whoever they outsource with. Totally pathetic. I have raved about how awesome Shopify is, but now ready to start open a case and report to whom it concerns.
