We are essentially being forced out of business. Shopify updated the payment accounts on march 19th 2025 and our payments since then have been stuck in pending status! Since March 21st 99% of our payments have been held in pending. We have been chatting with support since then and all the the chats end in “we’re escalating”, with no resolve. No updates, No emails, just looping responses and with no resolve! We are down to our last few dollars. Still have orders to fulfill, Distributer orders to make, and still paying our shopify and 3rd party fees. We need help! We’ve been on the platform for years and never had a problem like this! Is any else having this problem? Can anyone help us? Does anyone have a solution? We are in desperate need of help!

Thanks For the info. We’re gonna file a complaint with the BBB. We filed a complaint with the FTC already. I think we’re gonna do social media next, then as a last resort I guess we’ll have to seek legal assistance if it’s not resolved. We just are at our “wits end” with thousands of dollars being held!
