I’ve encountered several issues with Shopify Payments in the past, and unfortunately, my new store has now joined the list. Initially, everything was running smoothly, but recently, without any notice or communication, Shopify stopped sending payouts to my bank account. It’s been over two weeks now.
I reached out to Shopify Support, and while someone responded, all they could tell me was that my case was being forwarded to the “appropriate team.” They assured me I’d receive an update via email within 24 to 72 hours. However, even after patiently waiting, no updates or explanations have come through.
To make matters worse, I currently have over five figures sitting in my pending balance on Shopify Payments. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m hoping they can resolve this soon.
