Shopify Payments without business registration

hi everyone!

i’m based in Spain and willing to sell in California, Florida, NY, Texas.

Since I haven’t yet registered the company, I’m having trouble setting up Shopify payments. Is it necessary to do it before you start selling or once you’ve attained a specific amount of earnings or transactions?

In order to set up a Shopify Payments account, you’ll need to provide the following:

  • Your personal or business registration number, or identifier, depending on your country and business type
  • Your banking information
