Hello shopify payment 7 days ago they request me to give them some proof like inventory and shipping information and social media links, so i submitted all the documents they need and it’s like 7 days now and i didn’t received any response i talked to the team in the chat thye told me they will escalate the case to the shopify payment team and also i didn’t recieve any response can some one help me please
