So I changed my store location because I moved to Germany and Shopify Payments became an option for me, but due to the fact I don’t have a German ID I can’t use it, I can’t change my store location cause I need to deactivate shopify payments.
Except o never activated shopify paymemts and the option to deactivate it, doesn’t show for me. I attempted to contact shopify support and they couldn’t help me. Now when I try and contact them the support link doesn’t work.
I can’t change anything payment wise or location wise on my store and shopify doesn’t seem to know how to help.
