I made my first sale on my shopify store on Jan 4th, 2024.
It is now Jan 16th and the money is still not in my bank account.
I received a shopify confirmation message saying I would receive the payout on Jan 8.
But still nothing in my account.
Can someone please advise why I haven’t received this payout?
I tried to upload the screenshot of the shopify confirmation message, but I received the error message: “The file type (.png) is not supported. Valid file types are: csv, mp4.”
Why the hell would you not accept a jpg or png file? A screenshot is not a csv file or a movie file! WTF!!

Based on the error you described, it seems that you’re uploading the files through the box below the text box that says Drag and drop here or browse files to attach. Instead, you’ll want to click the camera icon, as highlighted in the screenshot below. This is how you can upload photos.
