Hello , My December balance has yet to deposited to my bank , this is the first time I have any issues with this and my store is a year old. I opened a ticket last week and yet to hear anything back. I have a $3800 payout balance for a ton of sales from December and it’s now January 11th and shoplifty support has no clue? I click the payout balance and all the transactions show PENDING , some dating back to December 7th.
1)Checked my bank information and everything is correct.

My payout schedule is set for the end of every month , its now 11 days late.

Looking at payout transactions , the last payout I received was December 5th .

All my November payouts show PAID / All my December payouts show PENDING , some gong back to December 7.
I reviewed the forums and clicked on several links where help responses stated " it can take 3 days for a deposit to show " or " have you checked your payout schedule" , YES I DID ..
Is anyone else have any issues or problem with December payouts not getting paid out on time? This is a huge chunk of change for my small business and need it.
