I was supposed to receive my payouts on December 2nd and then on December 3rd, it’s December 9th and there is no sign of it. I talked to their support team every day and they are just machines, zero human touch. Every day i’m being told - a team member will be in touch and no one actually reaches out. I keep following up daily. Every day is a new story full of lies. It goes from:

" the previous agent didn’t submit your request to the right support team" to

“it was’t marked to high priority” to

“we are so busy with the holiday season” to

“Team works based on the merchant’s plan, and the Plus Plan is the highest available they will provide you with a reply on how you’ll get your money to release on the next working hours”
I’m reading that i’m not the only one with this issue and it really has to do something with Shopify Banking. I think they use our money and reinvesting it for that reason they keep the payouts on hold. Something is really shady about this.
