Shopify Payouts for Account Under Review

Our account has had no funds deposited for over two weeks now, each time we inquire we get the “we are aware and it will be resolved soon”. This is very frustrating as it interferes with Cash planning and payment of other bills. Has anyone else had his issue and if so how long did it take before it was resolved

I wish I had the option of opening your account, however due to account security, our forums team doesn’t have access. That being said, are the responses you receive via email, chat, or phone support?

If it has been two weeks since this has been resolved please reach out to our live advisors via chat or phone support. When doing so, ask that they reach out to our Risk Team for more information. This can be done in real time while you are on the phone. Generally these situations only require you to upload documentation which we will then review.
