Our payouts have been paused for almost 4 weeks now! Contacted support multiple times and every time being told it is being “escalated”. This is truly criminal to withhold funds without anyone to contact for resolution.
Any help or guidance?

I would like to know for which violation your payout is hold? If the violation is very serious then it can take 120 days to proceed with your payment. According to you answer I can suggest you the best move.
No violations. No issues. Nothing. One day our payouts were suddenly paused and I can’t get a hold of anyone besides the chat function. Every time the chat support says they will escalate and I’ll receive an email if they need additional information. Literally have no idea what’s going on. Our store is active and we still have sales and the payout keeps increasing.
