Hi all,

Im new to shopify and currently having issue with payout schedule. I have set the payout schedule to daily. First transaction went through on 8th of October and system showed expect payout on 10th. It came through without issue, but after that all my payouts get pushed back to 7 business days.

As per the shopify help page here says 2 business days, I checked all the settings in my account as it’s still showing requested payout on daily basis. I also contacted shopify tech support. They came back claiming it’s correct?

May i ask fellow shopify users to see if you also encounter the same problem?
