This is strictly for merchants who have experience getting their payouts an hour after an order has been placed by a customer.
Has anyone experienced, recently, their payouts have stopped being deposited within an hour and is now getting them a day or so later? We’re used to getting our payouts an hour after orders are placed, and have been for a year now but as of yesterday, for some reason, we’re not getting our regularly scheduled payouts as we usually do.
We’ve contacted Shopify and of course they’ve only provided generic responses, we’re just concerned because if they’ve stopped offering this option, to those who have experienced getting payouts an hour after orders placed**,** and they haven’t communicated this information, that’s an issue.
The same has been happening to me. Up until last week I would get payouts every hour, now it’s taking 2+ days. Prior, The only payouts that would take that long were the shop pay installment ones. If you contact them they act obtuse and give you generic responses.
Yes! The issue is still persisting and they have yet to acknowledge there’s an issue they need to fix and of course no follow up. It wouldn’t be as bad if they notified merchants of this change but to be waiting for payouts is very frustrating when they should be depositing within an hour. Can’t get any help with this
Finally received a follow up after weeks of waiting and no updates in between time and this is just pathetic. Playing with merchants money like this is very dangerous and also, just unnecessary. Also, this doesn’t provide ANY type of clarity and makes no sense
