I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my Shopify store. The problem is related to PayPal Express Checkout, in the payment section of my Shopify store it say “Active” but in production it is not working.
My customers are not able to PayPal checkout due to payment failure. I have tried it myself, and I can confirm that the payment process is not working correctly.
Whenever I try to checkout using PayPal, it takes me to the PayPal login page instead of the payment confirmation page.
I am not sure why this is happening, but it’s preventing my customers from completing their purchases on my website.

There was an issue from a couple of days ago where some customers encountered an error when trying to checkout using PayPal Express. A fix has since been pushed however, so this issue should now be resolved.
If your customers are still experiencing difficulties with checking out via PayPal on your store, you can get them to try and complete their purchase via incognito mode, a different browser, or by using a different device altogether. If the issues still persist, you can contact our live support team via the Help Center here so that we can further troubleshoot and investigate the situation in more detail from our end.
