Shopify PayPal payments/orders failing

On 3 separate occasions & with 3 separate customers, they have placed their order & immediately got a PayPal payment notification BUT I never received payment AND the orders were never placed on my websites end. Each customer sent me screen shots of their order confirmation notifications after placing their order. But no orders on my end.

As of today, Shopify received several reports of customers making payments however the order does not reflect within the Orders section of the admin. This issue seems to be occurring with multiple payment gateways.

Our developers are actively working to ensure this issue is resolved. Once the issue has been fixed, I’ll share an update via this thread to keep it up to date.
