I do some fairs/ event and before switching my website to shopify I bought a zettle card reader that works fine. I sell 2 types of products : “cheap” ones for these people don’t need receipt and expensive one where I want to follow up with my customers (and I sent them an invoice after the event). For those customers I want also to sent them the automated tracking and rating of product that is done for online customers.
I was thinking of switching to shopify PDV for events but I can’t connect zettle cardreader to the shopify PDV app. If I connect zettle to shopify, it will only help me on stock tracking but not on customer front.
What are your recommandation ?
