I started taking orders in February thinking I had everything setup with my bank selected as a payout for the next business day, Well Fast-forward its now April and I look on my transactions and everything still says pending. I have successfully taken orders, The fees have been deducted but I still haven’t received any payouts, This is so frustrating for a new business and quite frankly unacceptable the support I have received from shopify.
I found out that ALL accounts associated with your account need to have 2FA turned on to receive payouts, Which is not clearly stated anywhere besides a discussion board I found, I made sure every account on the store had it enabled thinking that would instantly solve the issue, but it still has every payment as pending, I have shipped all my orders and received no money, I contacted Shopify support and finally got a ticket submitted, and its supposed to be escalated but I haven’t heard back from them. How long does it take to receive a response regarding super urgent matter, (MY STORES MONEY) There’s no phone support, and the live chat people just end the chat after they “claim” to have escalated the ticket. I’m afraid to reach back out to Shopify as I’m reading in discussions when you reach back out regarding an issue, it goes back to the bottom of the “queue” and will take even longer, Why should i be penalized by trying to stay on top of getting my money. Please Help. I just need an answer when the payouts will be in transit.
