Shopify Plan Refund

I was charged 90$ for a pro plan I didn’t use after a free trial. I forgot to cancel my plan and on the same day as my charge I asked for a billing refund and explained to the customer service that those are not my money on that card, and they said it will be handled by the billing team. 1 week and 1 day has already passed and didn’t recieve any gmails or updates about my ticket!!!
