Shopify Plus support

I don’t want to rant here but has anyone else noticed that Shopify Plus Chat support has really deteriorated lately. It seems they are either outsourcing to inexperienced scripted operators or using AI now. I am considering downgrading from Plus to a premium plan, I am no longer seeing the advantage of paying $2000 a month. Anyone else noticed this or am I being unreasonable ?

I feel your pain. I’ve worked in software support and companies are ranked so if you’re not getting the support you need look for dedicated shopify developers that value your time and business.
