Another question. Can anyone give us tips to prevent the tap and chip reader to keep getting disconnected from the iPad’s bluetooth. It’s really frustrating and happens frequently. Is there something wrong with the reader?
Hey Rmanke! Zack here, thanks for all your great questions yesterday. I know how card reader issues really take the wind out of making sales. We don’t expect your card reader to disconnect frequently, this isn’t the usual behaviour though it does crop up.
Have you connected with our Support Team to work through troubleshooting steps, everything from making sure Shopify POS and the iPad’s OS are up-to-date? Are you seeing this happen across multiple readers?
