Hi,
I used the POS app on my Android phone on May 2, 2020. When I look that day up in the dashboard to see finances, I see $0. It seems like there’s no reporting for that day in my Shopify dashboard. I don’t see a payout for May 2 either.
I know there were credit card transactions that day as I took in all transactions on the Shopify Connect Card Reader.
When I look at past POS days, which was September 26, 2020, September 28, 2019 - I can see the POS finances.
Is this a syncing issue with the app and my dashboard? Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a location setting? Should I try to sync the app with an iPad or another device?
