We need a way to have draft order templates. We are a bike shop and when we do bike repairs we have to add an environmental fee (Danish law) to the order. It would help a lot if we had some sort of template to open every time we do a bike repair and work from that.
We use POS so the best solution would be to have a tile in POS that then sends you to a draft order where the environmental fee and work salary products have already been added.

While it doesn’t create draft order templates natively, it does automatically add product-level fees (like your required Danish environmental fee) to the cart whenever specific products are sold — across both your online store and Shopify POS. So when a staff member adds a bike repair service to the POS cart, the fee appears automatically alongside it without anyone needing to remember.
It won’t give you the “tile that opens a pre-built template” workflow exactly, but it solves the compliance piece cleanly.
