Does anyone else have this issue? We use the GO simply as customer facing hardware to allow them to see their total, select receipt or not…etc
Almost weekly, for no obvious reason the device drops out of connectivity with the shopify pos app where it wants a QR code…essentially its losing its pairing(over wifi) with the ipad we use for checkout.
There are almost 15 other devices within the store that rely on this same wireless network and none of them have issues, so its not a problem with the wireless.
Does anyone have tips for getting this fixed quickly? We dont have time to troubleshoot in front of customers.

- they had me take the go out of the dock and then reseat it
- they had me factory reset it, that was not a straightforward process
- now for whatever reason, during the pairing process, the ipad wont focus its camera on the qr code of the terminal…
