Which Shopify plan are you currently using? If you’re not sure you can double check this by going to Settings > Plan in your Shopify admin.
Do you currently sell in person? If so, what features do you need to be able to do this effectively?
Shopify POS Lite is a free POS subscription that is included in all Shopify plans. There isn’t a way to cancel POS Lite because it’s a feature that comes with your account by default at no extra cost, so there is no reason to cancel it.
If there’s something I’m misunderstanding that’s causing you to want to remove this, please let me know so I can look into it with you further. You can also learn more about Shopify POS here.
