Shopify POS not working properly after August 2024 update

Since the August 2024 update we have had issues with our Shopify POS on our ipad. When we use our socket scanner to scan some items of stock it is saying “barcode not recognized” even though it is in our admin and our POSgo will scan it without problems. These are items that scanned fine before the update. Our tile we have to sell gift cards also is not working anymore since the update. We tap on it and it just has a bar going back and forth instead of going to variant screen. I have made sure all products are active in admin, we have force restarted the app and we have double checked the upc that don’t scan. Any advice would be appreciated. We just started with shopify and have brand new ipads that we run it on. We have also tried reconnecting the socket scanner. The issue is it’s only happening with some of our inventory. Any help is appreciated.
