I am looking for an alternative to the Intuit supplied QuickBooks Desktop Connector to sync Shopify POS and QuickBooks Desktop Pro.

This is a person to person environment and this store has in-house charge accounts. As of now we cannot charge to in house accounts nor can we accept customer payments on their in-house balances through Shopify POS. We are hoping that functionality is possible with Shopify.

Also adding delivery charges to a sale via Shopify POS is a challenge since once a line item is added to the cart the price cannot be edited.

Anny recommendations would be appreciated.
