Hello. I’m trying to create my online store. I added products with prices and the different colors together with the prices and the site preview looked great. However I return to continue editing and the prices and pictures of the colors keep disappearing and I have to do the process again. I’m using the updated Dawn Theme.
Can anyone assist?

It sounds like there might be an issue with how the variants are being saved in your Shopify store. A few things to check:
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser to see if it’s a local issue.
- Make sure your product variants (colors, prices, images) are properly saved before exiting the editor. Click “Save” after each change.
- Check if any apps or custom code are interfering—sometimes, third-party apps or custom scripts can cause conflicts.
- Try reverting to an earlier version of the theme (Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code > Older Versions) to see if the issue started after an update.
