Here’s my product template. I want to edit the VIP-duckkick product, which you can see is assigned to one product.
Here’s the page before editing. I want to remove the header and announcement bar to have a more clean landing page.
OK. Looks like what I want. Header and announcement bars are gone. I SAVE.

In other words, I do NOT need the standard response of here’s how to 1) create a product template page, and 2) assign a product to that template. I did all that.
The problem is that updating the NEW template page ALSO updates the DEFAULT template page.
How do I solve this?
