I have just created a Shopify website and on my login page, when I try to go through the recover password process, it throws an error that the account is not available even though the accounts are existing. I don’t know if there’s something I am missing regarding setting up password recovery forms. Also when a new user is created and I try the recovery process it throws an error regarding not finding the default template.
I would deeply appreciate any help.
