Hi, today my refund was showing and error with message “Shopify refund is not supported with current payment method. Code: 920003”
I tried to look through internet on what was this error means, but fails to understand why.
The payment method used is via bank cc and a big bank in my country, so it is not possible that the bank couldn’t receive or issue a refund to the user.
Has anybody experience this before?
